With six years of dedicated experience as an experienced Clinical Medical Assistant, Cassie has built a reputation for exceptional skills in both front and back office operations. Starting her career in a fast-paced urgent care facility, she quickly honed her ability to manage diverse patient needs while providing top-notch care.
After gaining a solid foundation in urgent care, Cassie transitioned to pediatrics, where she utilized her experience and compassionate approach to cater to the unique needs of children and their families. In both roles, she played a vital part in managing patient flow, conducting clinical procedures, and ensuring smooth communication between patients, medical staff, and insurance providers.
