Sagging of the upper arms and thighs is a natural result of significant weight loss and the aging process. Instead of limiting yourself to long sleeves and pants, visit the experienced and supportive staff at United Plastic Surgery. Dr. Phuong Pham offers arm and thigh lift surgery in Newport Beach and Temecula to tighten lax skin and restore firmer contours.

If you are at a stable, healthy weight and bothered by lax, sagging skin on your upper arms or thighs, you could be a good candidate for these body contouring procedures. Our board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Pham, performs thigh lift (thighplasty) and arm lift surgery (brachioplasty) individually or in combination to provide a variety of benefits, including:
Dr. Pham often combines these procedures with liposuction to reduce pockets of excess fat. And many times, a tummy tuck can enhance thigh lift results for more extensive rejuvenation.
Dr. Pham is an experienced, highly trained board-certified plastic surgeon dedicated to superior patient care and surgical outcomes. He is committed to each patient from the initial consult to surgery to a personal phone call after surgery and beyond.
Dr. Pham performs arm lift and thigh lift surgery as an outpatient procedure. You may opt for local anesthesia with IV sedation or general anesthesia. Dr. Pham conceals the incisions along the inner arm or thigh where the thin scar is well-concealed or covered by clothing. He then reshapes the underlying tissue and secures it with deep support sutures. Dr. Pham then smooths the skin over the new contours, removes the excess, and carefully sutures the incision closed.
Expect moderate discomfort for the first few days, then tightness. Treated areas will be swollen and bruised initially. Wear the compression wraps 24/7 as directed to minimize swelling.
Recovery varies between patients and the specifics of each surgery. In general, expect the following typical milestones and timeline:
